Hi there! My name is Veronica, and I run a PeerTube/YouTube channel called "Veronica Explains". I cover tech topics, with a focus on free and open source software (particularly Linux stuff), as well as vintage tech, and privacy-respecting alternatives to big tech topics.

I remember when technology was fun, exciting, and intentional. I remember the joy of dialing in to chat with your friends or play a game. I remember the days when being offline meant you were really offline. It's harder to have those experiences today... but not impossible.
