Hi, I'm James. I'm creating next generation automation software! You might know me better as purpleidea.

I'm the creator of mgmt, real-time automation software that is event-driven and distributed. I used to work as a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, but I'm a physiologist by training. I write: "The Technical Blog of James", and work on Free Software.

I'm raising money to pay for the continued development of mgmt. I'd much rather crowd-fund this and keep it Open Source, rather than having to make it proprietary software. Thank you very much for your donation and your support!
