i'm jakob vonamzur, an artist based in berlin. i work with video, performance and ritual, and facilitate grief in groups.

my work is about what has been lost in european-western culture: communal rituals, shared ways of grieving, a relationship with the more-than-human world. i look for forms in which this can be felt again, not as a solution, but as something we can hold together.
