What I'm working on — Deck for T3 Code puts every T3 Code thread on a Stream Deck key. You can see at a glance which agent is working, waiting on CI, done or stuck, and a key blinks only when one needs you. Subagents fold into their main thread, so a busy fan-out is still one key. Hold a key to send a quick message, compact, snooze, settle or stop the thread, without switching windows. It's free, GPL-3.0, and talks only to the T3 Code app on your Mac: no accounts, no telemetry, no cloud.
Why donate — Donations pay for keeping up with T3 Code releases, supporting more Stream Deck models, and answering issues. If the deck saves you a few context switches a day, a small weekly amount keeps it maintained. Thank you!
