The Hoffnungslabor e.V. consists of a circle of friends from different churches and NGOs.

We are convinced that abuse and manipulation by churches and faith representatives is not willed by God. We suspect that hierarchical forms of organization are to blame, which are not recognizable in the Bible. This approach makes consumers passive and not activating them for life and charity. In addition, the language and culture are difficult to understand and approaches are not modern. Due to the great fragmentation, there are also difficulties in networking and carrying out joint projects. Since churches find it difficult to develop a better form themselves, we start here.

We operate a software platform, support music projects, a talent network and develop new event concepts. We research transparent and manipulation-free concepts and run test projects for them. The aim is that the treasure of the Christian faith works for every individual in everyday life. We constantly question what God has commissioned in this regard and whether or not love and joy are transported to our hearts. We are not against existing churches, but question everything with the Bible. We offer the results and formats to all interested parties, Christians, small groups and churches free of charge. It is important to us that your personal happiness factor increases!

Researching and conducting experiments is only possible through our full-time jobs. Since churches always see our approach critically at first and have no money themselves, there is no financial support here. But we believe what we do is important for everyone.
