On my YouTube channel I endeavor to discover local Michigan history, seeking out forgotten stories to share with others to better our understanding of the past, as well as the important role that history has in shaping our future.

Donations assist me with defraying costs of production, funding new equipment, access to events and resources to improve the quality of the projects and allow me to create more content.

I believe in learning from history, good or bad, and find fascination with discovering nuggets of wisdom, triumph and success in the past, as well as learning from tragedy, misfortune and the darkest chapters some would like to forget.

It is a goal of my channel to create a legacy of short vignettes into the past to inspire others to seek and discover history for themselves, and never forget every experience, good, bad or tragic, is a lesson we can all learn from to build a better tomorrow.
