WHY?

In the last years, I found a part of my purpose for life in adding value to others through LIVING AUTHENTICALLY & GROWING CONSTANTLY.

Maybe you know this feeling when you do something and you just feel right doing it. That´s why I try to do this every day, every moment.

HOW?

One sentence: Living in Integrity with my virtues

Its more important to me HOW I act in every situation than WHAT I actually do. And I sacrifice that every act that I do is full of love and goodwill.

WHAT?

In my life I do different projects and experiments to help others.

Past experiments:

• Helping players and coaches in 3 different languages through videos on social media.
• Inspiring through workshops about love and communication

Recent experiments:

• Having 1.000 inspiring conversations
• Finding ways to build a purpose-driven company where everyone can find his/her potential
• Building a football academy to talk about virtues with kids

Future experiments:

• Writing 11 storys about virtues for kids
• The 5-minute-favor company
